PUBLIC MEETING
(September 2005) DECISION - SAG FEES TO INCREASE !
At the Residents
meeting held at the Olivedale Library on Monday 5th September 2005, it was decided
by the majority of Residents present that the SAG fees should be increased to
R275 per month. Whilst it is understood that this places a heavy burden
on the finances of our Residents, we have not had an increase in over 4 years
and we are also not getting enough funds to continue with the pallisade fencing
project (which was also voted as the TOP priority project above all others).
It
was therefore decided by the meeting that the fees should be increased to R275
after consultation with those Residents that did not attend the meeting. SAG will
send our e-mails and sms's in this regard inviting comments and objections - before
the debit orders will be changed to the higher fees.
